AHR Jewelry Returns & Exchanges Policy

At AHR Jewelry, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
✅ Accepted:

Unworn, undamaged items in original condition with all tags/packaging

Within 7 days of delivery date

Proof of purchase required

❌ Not Accepted:

Custom/personalized jewelry (unless defective)

Items showing wear, damage, or altered condition

Sale/clearance items

2. How to Return
Email contactus@ahrjewelry.com with:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos if claiming defect

We'll email a Return Authorization (RA) number

Ship to:
[Your Return Address]
Must include RA number on package

3. Refund Process
Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive return

Refund Method: Original payment

Deductions:

Return shipping costs (unless our error)

15% restocking fee for non-defective returns

4. Exchanges
Available for defective/wrong items only

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We'll cover return shipping for our mistakes

5. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us immediately at contactus@ahrjewelry.com with:

Order number

Photos/video of issue
We'll arrange replacement or refund

6. International Returns
Customer responsible for return shipping & customs fees

Refund amount excludes original shipping costs
